Stock Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Planning the delivery of commercial goods to warehouses

• Synchronizing purchasing activities and swiftly responding to demand fluctuations to ensure continuity of supply and avoid excessive inventory

• Creating forecasts, estimates, and analyses in the area of inventory management

• Verifying the availability of goods in the warehouses

• Placing orders with suppliers

• Working closely with other departments within the Company to implement the commercial policy

• Optimizing costs

• Generating and verifying reports and summaries regarding the department's performance

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly developed analytical skills

• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel

• Familiarity with basic ERP systems

• Independence, timeliness, and commitment

• Teamwork skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Experience in a similar position is preferred

• Experience in the FMCG/e-commerce sector is considered an advantage
