Integrated Planner – Campus Items

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Assist in ensuring fulfillment readiness for a rapidly expanding business segment.

• Collaborate with Product Management and other Planning teams to align on future demand and key deals.

• Convert demand forecasts into production plans for contract manufacturing and original design manufacturing partners.

• Evaluate forecast variations and analyze supply chain factors to enhance production and fulfillment scheduling.

• Work closely with Supply Chain, contract manufacturing, and ODM site operations teams to achieve consensus on operational strategies.

• Establish and maintain site KPIs and metrics to fulfill Campus SLA requirements.

• Develop and refine planning tools and processes to boost efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

• Partner with Arista Manufacturing and Sales Operation leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in manufacturing planning within a related industry.

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, or a pertinent field.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Comfortable collaborating across cultures and multiple time zones.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Experience with SAP is an added advantage.

• Candidates residing in the Hanoi/Bắc Giang area are preferred.

• Must possess the legal right to work in Vietnam.

• Current visa/work authorization status must be indicated in the application.
