Manufacturing Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide customers with scheduled shipping dates.

• Address, evaluate, and manage customer expedite requests.

• Guide fulfilment centers on order priorities considering demand, supply status, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.

• Create and update KPIs and planning reports as necessary.

• Assist Arista in achieving quarter-end objectives.

• Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure transparency on order status, supply availability, and potential risks.

• Recognize risks to customer commitments and proactively escalate issues with actionable recommendations.

• Enhance planning and scheduling procedures between Arista and key manufacturing partners.

• Work in partnership with key customers, Sales teams, internal teams, external partners, fulfilment sites, and manufacturing partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of planning/scheduling experience in a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant discipline.

• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• High proficiency in English (both oral and written) is mandatory.

• Fluent and professional English communication skills are essential.

• Proven capacity to become a subject matter expert and leverage that expertise to develop new processes and tools.

• Ability to excel in a flexible and results-oriented environment.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
