This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Become a part of Havas Edge’s Strategy Group as a Media Planner.
• Develop television campaigns encompassing both linear and CTV platforms.
• Formulate multi-scenario media strategies that correspond with GRP, CPM, audience metrics, competitive analysis, business objectives, and consumer journey targets.
• Perform research and analysis to address challenges that arise during the execution of tactical plans.
• Collaborate with and present to clients from various sectors.
• Evaluate vendor offerings to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Justify media planning decisions to account leaders and vendors.
• Assist with additional projects within the Strategy Group as required.
• Keep updated on industry news impacting the media landscape.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in planning television campaigns, including linear and CTV.
• Capability to manage multi-scenario plans while balancing GRP/CPM/audience/competitive targets, business strategies, and consumer journeys.
• Proficiency in media tools such as Nielsen Media Impact, Nielsen PAL, Nielsen Scarborough, MRI-Simmons, YouGov, ComScore, Numeris, Mintel, Statista, and Guideline by SQAD.
• Strong understanding of media math and statistics, including GRPs, Reach and Frequency, CPPs, CPMs, CPO, and MER.
• Experience in client interaction and presentations across diverse categories.
• Knowledge of key audiences and competitive dynamics within client sectors.
• Skill in evaluating various vendor packages to ensure they meet client goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, research, communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Familiarity with media planning and buying principles, including the strengths and weaknesses of different media types.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Competence in engaging with individuals at all organizational levels and promoting cross-functional teamwork.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Professional demeanor and assurance when interacting with vendors, colleagues, and clients.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and new business presentations.
