STINGRAI PED Cell Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of a CONUS-based PED Cell implementation.

• Identify, evaluate feasibility, and select appropriate facilities/sites.

• Supervise the physical space buildout and construction process.

• Direct the design and accreditation of network and data transport systems.

• Oversee the data and network architecture throughout the entire path from multi-INT ISR collection to the dissemination of finished intelligence products.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration to design and facilitate scalable data flows and network architectures.

• Manage the preparation of physical infrastructure, setup of IT systems, readiness of equipment, alignment of security protocols, and fulfillment of network requirements.

• Act as the primary project manager, tracking and communicating timelines, risks, deliverables, and dependencies.

• Collaborate with government stakeholders, technical teams, and operational leaders to align requirements and address challenges.

• Utilize knowledge of secure facility standards, including SCIF buildout requirements and ICD 705 guidelines.

• Maintain clear documentation and effective communication channels among all project participants.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 years of relevant progressive experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 6 years with a Master’s degree in a related field; or a High School Diploma or equivalent with 12 years of relevant progressive experience.

• Must hold and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance.

• Proven experience in leading complex technical or operational projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Familiarity with physical infrastructure, IT systems, equipment requirements, security protocols, and network support.

• Initiative and capability to guide teams through ambiguity and changing requirements.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Understanding of ISR data, formats, and workflows.

• Experience with data exploitation tools and platforms utilized in PED environments.

• Knowledge of data flows through networks, servers, and tools that support real-time or near real-time operations.

• Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues related to data ingestion, processing, or dissemination.

• Familiarity with classified handling procedures and secure data workflows.

• Capability to adhere to strict protocols regarding systems access, data protection, and dissemination authorities.

• Preferred: experience in supporting PED, intelligence operations, or analytical mission environments.

• Preferred: experience utilizing mission systems or common PED software suites.

• Preferred: ability to process, analyze, and interpret sensor data such as imagery, FMV, SIGINT, and GEOINT.

• Preferred: knowledge of SCIF requirements, ICD 705 standards, or classified facility design.

• Preferred: experience in designing or enabling data flows or network architectures for mission-focused environments.

• Preferred: active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
