Stem Cell Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams concerning Quality Standard Notification reports and inquiries about inbound sample utility.

• Create and send follow-up emails related to sterility results for newborn stem cell samples.

• Provide communication on routine scientific inquiries.

• Assist Consumer Sales and Services by responding to real-time clinical questions.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement regarding Quality Standard Notifications, follow-up on sterility results, and management of incoming inquiries.

• Aid in auditing and updating Knowledge Base responses and Standard Response templates for common FAQs.

• Support the recruitment of client families into internal donation programs in accordance with established protocols.

• Contribute to additional clinical team projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Over 5 years of experience in a clinical, laboratory, research, health education, or customer service environment.

• An undergraduate degree in life sciences or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience is mandatory.

• Capability to work remotely from a home office.
