Startup Analyst, Business Development Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Manage applications for the Startup Builder and Startup Booster programs by analyzing and selecting startups for admission.

• Maintain communication and provide operational support to selected startups and the Startupper community.

• Review startup deliverables and offer feedback to enhance their outcomes.

• Assist in managing inbound sales activities and creating new business opportunities.

• Provide one-on-one support to the teams of incubation and acceleration programs.

• Monitor and analyze performance data of the incubator and incubated startups, generating periodic reports.

• Collaborate with mentors and teams for strategic alignment and manage open innovation activities with corporate partners.

• Conduct startup scouting activities for the Investors Club and create value for the investor network.

• Analytical skills and a data-driven approach.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

• Availability starting January 2026.
