Stars Program Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create strategies and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing health outcomes for specified populations.

• Develop evidence-driven programs for population health.

• Oversee care management coordination.

• Collaborate with both internal and external partners to tackle health disparities, optimize resource use, and promote quality initiatives.

• Design and execute initiatives that focus on addressing health risks, disparities, and care gaps.

• Analyze data and population metrics to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Evaluate program success and modify strategies to meet targeted outcomes.

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with stakeholders who interact with members and providers.

• Track the performance of initiatives and create comprehensive operational reports.

• Deliver regular executive summary roll-ups to Stars leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in strategy development and implementation.

• Expertise in analyzing complex data, narrating insights effectively, and presenting them clearly.

• Capability to interpret and utilize data and analytics to enhance strategies and provide recommendations.

• Background in strategy consulting, business strategy, clinical, and/or operational domains.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Proven ability to express ideas clearly and effectively in both written and verbal communication.

• Strong facilitator and influencer.

• Master's Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Familiarity with the healthcare environment/managed care and/or Medicare Stars (preferred).

• Certification in Agile or product management (preferred).

• Robust analytics background (preferred).

• This position does not qualify for work visa sponsorship.

• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads.
