Staffing Account Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain robust relationships with key client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

• Act as the main liaison between clients and candidates during the hiring process.

• Facilitate communication among clients, candidates, and internal recruitment, operations, and leadership teams.

• Attend and assist in client interviews, enhance communication, collect feedback, and guarantee a seamless interview experience.

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for designated accounts, ensuring timely advancement, quality outcomes, and compliance with client specifications.

• Collaborate with recruitment teams to align top talent with client requirements and ensure successful placements.

• Identify opportunities for account growth and partner with sales teams to broaden staffing services.

• Monitor and evaluate account performance metrics and offer recommendations for ongoing improvement.

• Lead contract renewals and aid in negotiations.

• Supervise the preparation and presentation of client reports, updates, and presentations.

• Proactively resolve client and candidate issues efficiently.

• Manage account budgets to meet financial objectives and maintain profit margins.

• Conduct regular client check-ins regarding performance, hiring progress, and workforce strategies.

• Mentor and guide junior team members.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in account management, staffing, recruiting, or a client-facing role within the staffing sector.

• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

• In-depth knowledge of the complete recruitment lifecycle and staffing procedures.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build trust with both clients and candidates.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, able to handle multiple accounts and priorities concurrently.

• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking performance metrics and utilizing data to inform decisions.

• Quick problem-solving skills and capacity to address client and candidate concerns professionally.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with recruitment, sales, and operations teams.

• Familiarity with ATS, CRM systems, and other recruitment or account management tools.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving client requirements.

• Strong negotiation skills and experience in supporting contract discussions or renewals (preferred).
