Staff UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Introduce consumer-level experiences within the enterprise healthcare sector

• Lead the exploration and development of undefined problem areas

• Own and manage large-scale design initiatives utilizing rapid prototyping and quick learning cycles

• Enhance overall design quality and introduce innovative experiences

• Exhibit strategic thinking and make informed design decisions

• Advocate for design excellence and innovation throughout the organization

• Collaborate with senior engineering teams to deliver prototype iterations to users

• Work alongside leadership and data science teams to incorporate ML features into designs

• Integrate cutting-edge design patterns into the workflows of designers and PMs

• Contribute to and uphold the Design System, including the retirement or updating of obsolete patterns

• Lead pioneering exploration projects and strategic design enhancements

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of design experience in-house

• Proven ability to work independently with senior technical teams

• Experience in integrating complex features such as ML

• Portfolio showcasing industry expertise and advanced skills in interaction and visual design

• Experience in healthcare is a plus, although not mandatory

• Proven experience leading early-stage exploration projects with significant potential

• Established track record of managing and reconciling conflicting feedback from stakeholders

• Experience in contributing to and maintaining high-quality, scalable design systems

• Natural leadership qualities and a willingness to share knowledge
