Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take complete ownership of product design, encompassing everything from problem definition and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.

• Create clear and intuitive interfaces for complex, information-rich workflows that involve documents, reviews, and analysis.

• Collaborate closely with front-end engineers to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.

• Engage with users to gain insights into their actual workflows and validate design choices.

• Develop and sustain a design system and component library as the product evolves.

• Influence the brand and visual language where necessary.

• Work directly with the founders and engineering team to transform a rapidly evolving roadmap into clean, intuitive, and trustworthy user experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of product design experience with a track record of shipping real software, preferably web applications.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating comprehensive work, including user flows, interaction design, and polished, professional user interfaces.

• Proficiency in Figma, with the ability to prototype and work with (or create) a design system.

• Capability to design for complexity, simplifying dense, expert-level workflows into clear and calm experiences.

• Self-motivated with effective communication skills within a small, distributed team.

• Proficient with AI tools and actively using them to enhance workflow and efficiency.

• Nice to have: Experience in designing for expert or professional users (legal, medical, finance, or enterprise sectors).

• Nice to have: Familiarity with HTML/CSS, or a practice of collaborating closely with engineers in coding.

• Nice to have: Experience with brand or visual identity work beyond product user interfaces.

• Nice to have: Interest in AI and LLM products, particularly in designing for trust.
