Staff UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Introduce consumer-centric experiences into the enterprise healthcare sector

• Lead the exploration and development of undefined problem areas

• Take ownership of and steer large-scale design initiatives

• Employ rapid prototyping and accelerated learning cycles to provide scalable solutions

• Enhance design quality and introduce innovative experiences

• Exhibit strategic thinking and make informed design choices

• Advocate for design excellence and innovation throughout the organization

• Collaborate with senior engineering to deliver prototype iterations to end users

• Work alongside leadership and data science teams to incorporate ML features into designs

• Embed next-generation design patterns into workflows for designers and PMs

• Contribute to and maintain the Design System, including retiring or updating outdated patterns

• Lead pioneering exploration projects and strategic design innovations

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of in-house design experience

• Proven experience working independently with senior technical teams

• Experience in integrating complex features such as ML

• A portfolio that demonstrates industry expertise

• Advanced skills in interaction and visual design

• A history of creating exceptional, next-level user experiences

• Strong strategic thinking abilities

• Experience leading early-stage exploration projects with significant potential

• Proven capability to manage and reconcile conflicting feedback from stakeholders

• Experience in contributing to and maintaining high-quality, scalable design systems

• Natural leadership qualities and a penchant for knowledge-sharing

• Experience in healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory
