📋 Description

• Ensure the timely and complete delivery of technical programs across various Engineering domains and regions within an AI-first Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Comprehend roadmaps and align technical strategies with business objectives across Engineering, Security, and Product teams.

• Elevate the overall technical standards for program management through influence, mentorship, and collaboration.

• Address challenges, enhance processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and provide updates utilizing AI-assisted methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in technical program management or leadership in software engineering.

• A background in software development with proficiency in programming languages and the capability to engage in architectural reviews.

• Significant experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code).

• Strong comprehension of Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities.

• Expert-level knowledge of API-first products.

• Familiarity with MCP, authorization/authentication, and contemporary application engineering.

• A proven history of leading large-scale, complex technical deployments across multiple business units.
