This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary analyst for all data inquiries related to Talent and People, covering aspects such as funnel performance, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and recruiter capacity.
• Develop, manage, and enhance dashboards and regular reports utilized by the Talent and People teams as well as business leaders.
• Convert vague or ad-hoc business inquiries into structured analyses with defined assumptions and methodologies.
• Collaborate with the Data Engineer to establish requirements for recruiting data models and reporting tables.
• Ensure data accuracy and conduct quality assurance on datasets and dashboards.
• Assist Talent Operations with capacity planning, hiring prioritization, and workforce modeling.
• Contribute to specialized Talent and People projects that require analytical assistance, insight generation, or scenario analysis.
• Maintain consistency in metric definitions and reporting logic across all dashboards and analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights that guide people and hiring strategy, workforce planning, and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with Talent Operations, People Leadership, and Data Engineering to ensure that recruiting data is accurate, well-structured, and ready for decision-making.
• 3-5 years of experience in analytics, talent analytics, people analytics, or a similar field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to structure and resolve open-ended questions.
• Proficient in advanced Excel / Google Sheets (including complex formulas, pivots, and modeling).
• Strong SQL skills and comfort with relational datasets.
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts (e.g., fact vs. dimension tables, star schema).
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or comparable platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Preferred: Experience with recruiting or ATS data (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
• Preferred: Proficiency in Python for analysis or automation tasks.
• Preferred: Background in workforce planning, recruiter capacity modeling, or hiring efficiency analysis.
• Preferred: Experience working closely with data engineering teams.
