Staff Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide technical support to Belvo customers throughout the pre-sales, integration, launch, and post-launch phases.

• Acquire extensive knowledge of Belvo’s products and platform to act as a reliable resource for current and upcoming offerings.

• Collaborate with customers to enhance their experience with Belvo solutions, grasping their use cases while delivering both technical and business advice.

• Examine customer data and issues during the onboarding process to optimize customer benefits.

• Produce customized technical documentation for designated enterprise accounts, outlining solutions and project deliverables.

• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to gather and prioritize customer feedback, contributing to the development of the roadmap across various products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in onboarding, pre-sales, or related roles.

• Proven experience in direct customer engagement.

• In-depth knowledge of APIs and technical documentation.

• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or a related discipline.

• Eager to expand knowledge in finance, fintech, and technology within the Latin American context.

• Possess a logical, data-oriented, and analytical approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to adapt and manage multiple clients under stringent deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and a systematic work ethic.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word applications.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools such as chatbots, copilots, or productivity assistants.

• Knowledge of fintech, open banking, and/or payment systems is a plus.

• Programming skills in one or more languages is advantageous.

• Experience in project management is a benefit.

• Fluency in Portuguese is an additional advantage.
