Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales teams and business partners to define solutions for service providers, partners, and end customers.

• Act as an Acronis technology specialist in meetings, performing demonstrations, and promoting products throughout the sales process.

• Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to coordinate activities aimed at selling Acronis solutions.

• Analyze business needs, market strategies, and data protection policies.

• Manage strategic accounts alongside Acronis Account Managers to influence and shape sales strategies.

• Facilitate customer evaluations and proof-of-concept initiatives.

• Execute technical troubleshooting and secure technical victories during pre-sales stages.

• Position solutions that address customer business challenges and serve as a technical advisor.

• Conduct practical demonstrations and knowledge transfer sessions for customers and partners.

• Collect technical requirements, create cost-effective solutions, and present them to potential clients.

• Draft responses to RFIs and RFPs.

• Assist in the integration of MSP RMM platforms with the Acronis Platform.

• Comprehend complex customer needs and devise innovative solutions.

• Provide insights and feedback from customers and the market to Product Management, Engineering, and other Acronis teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with cloud-based applications such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

• Background in designing Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Storage solutions.

• Security experience in one or more areas: Antivirus / Ransomware Protection, EDR/MDR/XDR, Email Security, Network Security.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems; familiarity with Linux or other operating systems is advantageous.

• Ability to convey technical and business value propositions clearly.

• Experience in managing customer relationships and sales opportunities.

• Capability to resolve issues in a dynamic environment.

• High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy.

• Articulate, persuasive, and polished oral and written communication skills.

• Fluent in English.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
