Staff Software Engineer – Full Stack

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong foundation in software engineering, encompassing problem solving, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and concurrency.

• Experience as a versatile software engineer proficient in multiple programming languages, including C++, C#, Java, Golang, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar.

• Minimum of 6 months' experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.

• Proficient in full-stack development with a proven track record of shipping and operating large-scale systems.

• Strong SQL capabilities and familiarity with relational database management systems such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.

• Extensive experience in designing, building, and managing large-scale distributed systems in production environments from end to end.

• Experience with modern front-end technologies, including React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and full-stack development patterns.

• Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Excellent communication skills, both clear and effective.

• Willingness to travel quarterly or as necessary.

• 7–10 years of professional experience.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, along with specialized training or relevant professional qualifications.
