This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of key components within the Developer Platform, encompassing monorepo CI/CD, the Agentic AI platform, and shared build infrastructure.
• Contribute to the technical strategy in collaboration with the team.
• Create technical architectural design documentation.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure the delivery of reliable, secure, high-performance, scalable, and maintainable software.
• Enhance the speed, reliability, and overall developer experience of the monorepo CI/CD pipeline.
• Investigate alternatives to PR-based workflows for agent-driven modifications.
• Empower trusted agents to commit directly to the main branch with automated validation processes.
• Facilitate AI-assisted review and automatic merging for low-risk modifications.
• Productionize the Agentic AI platform, focusing on observability, structured traces, cost management, debuggability, shared memory, and context-engineering methodologies.
• Streamline fragmented build systems and provide standardized paved-road blueprints.
• Collaborate with engineers throughout the organization to identify inefficiencies, document patterns, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Approach internal stakeholder teams as platform clients and proactively address developer requirements.
• Guide and mentor team members and engineers.
• Elevate standards for design and code reviews.
• Serve as a technical advocate for enhancing engineering velocity and achieving operational excellence.
• Over 8 years of experience in building and managing production services and platform infrastructure within modern cloud environments.
• Proficient in Go (Golang) or a strong willingness to learn rapidly.
• Extensive technical knowledge of CI/CD systems, container orchestration, and tools for scaling a large monorepo through build, test, and release processes.
• Proven experience in contributing to technical direction across multiple teams.
• Experience assessing trade-offs, phasing out legacy systems, and fostering alignment on target architecture.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI / LLM-based automation in a production context.
• Interest in context engineering (RAG, memory, tool-calling) at an engineering-platform scale.
• Strong communication and collaboration capabilities.
• Self-motivated, comfortable with uncertainty, and focused on data-driven enhancements to product delivery.
• Experience in scaling GitHub Actions, Argo Workflows, Buildkite, or similar build/workflow systems at high throughput.
• Proven experience in increasing change-throughput beyond conventional PR workflows.
• Familiarity with developer experience metrics (DORA, SPACE) and instrumentation methods.
• Experience managing a large Go monorepo and associated tools.
• Knowledge of supply chain security, container ecosystems (OCI, Kubernetes), or open-source software communities.
• Experience in publishing milestones for internal platforms and conducting stakeholder feedback loops.
