📋 Description

• Lead the implementation, adoption, and continual enhancement of the core platform's permission infrastructure and shared services.

• Oversee vital projects aimed at developing and scaling essential platform authentication capabilities.

• Collaborate with engineers throughout the organization to create and standardize security platform solutions that tackle cross-product challenges.

• Work together with compliance and Mission stakeholders to establish and enforce standards for access control, data protection, and system integrity.

• Impact the architecture, technology choices, and engineering standards throughout the company.

• Address complex, high-stakes issues within security platform and infrastructure systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of backend development experience, with hands-on expertise in building identity and access management systems that other product teams depend on.

• Strong system design capabilities, with the ability to make informed trade-offs regarding performance, reliability, scalability, and cost.

• Proven experience in leading technical initiatives across teams that span multiple systems, driving adoption through influence.

• A security-first mindset and the ability to operate with high discipline in sensitive environments.

• Proficient in communicating complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, cross-functional partners, and end-users.

• U.S. Person status is mandatory, as this position necessitates access to U.S.-only data systems.
