This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Work in collaboration with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and convert them into functional applications.
• Offer technical support and best practices to end-users, encouraging self-service capabilities.
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions utilizing Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, plugins, and Dataverse.
• Establish business rules and automation logic to streamline data workflows across the Power Platform.
• Integrate solutions with REST APIs.
• Partner with backend developers, UX designers, testers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Enhance and manage applications through iterative sprints and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility, performance, and security standards.
• Engage in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standup meetings.
• Investigate and troubleshoot errors and issues, documenting the processes and outcomes.
• Manage Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and adhere to relevant safeguarding and compliance regulations.
• Occasionally travel for project requirements, client interactions, team collaboration events, or training sessions; travel is anticipated to be under 10%.
• Public Trust Eligibility is mandatory.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Power Platform (Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps).
• A Bachelor’s degree is required (3 additional years of experience may substitute for a degree).
• Proficient in C#/.NET (Plug-Ins) and JavaScript.
• Experienced in Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD methodologies.
• Knowledgeable about Agile SDLC, user story development, and DevOps practices.
• Candidates must be U.S. citizens or currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination.
• Sponsorship is not available.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate certification is preferred.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate certification is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI is preferred.
• Background in user-centered design and accessibility (Section 508 and WCAG) is preferred.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, and PCF Controls is preferred.
• Familiarity with SharePoint is preferred.
