Staff Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on the journey of modernization by designing and implementing strategies for legacy displacement.

• Take ownership of the architectural vision concerning legacy displacement, establishing patterns, standards, and trade-offs.

• Mentor both senior and mid-level engineers, enhancing quality through thorough design reviews.

• Develop new services and assist in transitioning existing ones from GO to Spring.

• Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and shape project roadmaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of substantial backend engineering experience.

• Extensive background in backend systems along with practical knowledge of React.

• Proficient with event-driven systems and experienced in managing system migrations.

• Strong focus on code quality, supported by comprehensive test suites.

• A collaborative approach, actively mentoring and sharing knowledge throughout the team.
