📋 Description

• Designing and enhancing the agent harness (agent loop, tools, prompts, execution environment, capabilities) utilized throughout Scout AI's agentic framework.

• Integrating full-stack software with physical hardware systems and AI agents, ensuring strong, low-latency communication across intricate pipelines.

• Developing simulation environments and game-like frameworks that facilitate the testing and training of agents prior to their physical implementation.

• Managing the interface between AI models and real-world systems, serving as the layer that converts model outputs into tangible actions.

• Fine-tuning cutting-edge AI models and constructing the data acquisition pipelines that support the training infrastructure powering our agents.

• Collaborating closely with warfighters to transform capability requests into production-ready agentic systems swiftly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of full-stack engineering experience, preferably in a startup or high-ownership setting.

• Experience in developing complex agentic products or infrastructure, including agent loops, orchestration systems, and tool-use frameworks, with well-defined opinions on model and agent behavior.

• A systems-oriented full-stack engineer with practical experience in integrating software with physical hardware or low-level systems.

• Familiarity with simulation environments, game engines (Unreal, Unity, Isaac Sim), or robotics middleware (ROS/ROS2).

• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including architecture, distributed systems, and real-time pipelines, with a passion for delivering production systems.
