.Net Full Stack Lead, Kentico CMS, Genesys Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable web applications and customer experience solutions.

• Lead full-stack .NET development utilizing Microsoft .NET technologies.

• Create and customize Kentico CMS solutions.

• Integrate Genesys Cloud CX APIs, routing, web messaging, voice, and associated systems within .NET frameworks.

• Design and utilize RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations.

• Collaborate with SQL Server and relational database systems.

• Develop front-end capabilities using JavaScript or TypeScript.

• Implement object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.

• Utilize Git and contemporary source-control methodologies.

• Establish CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

• Address web security, enhance performance, manage caching, and ensure responsive design.

• Troubleshoot issues and resolve intricate technical challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack .NET development.

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, and ASP.NET Core.

• Practical experience with Kentico development and customization.

• Familiarity with Genesys Cloud, preferably Genesys Cloud CX, including APIs and system integrations.

• Robust front-end development experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.

• In-depth understanding of REST APIs, JSON, web services, and enterprise integrations.

• Experience with SQL Server and relational database architecture.

• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.

• Proficient with Git and modern source-control techniques.

• Experience with CI/CD and Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

• Understanding of web security, performance optimization, caching, and responsive design.

• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Independent visa required; independent visa preferred.

• Kentico Xperience certification or formal Kentico training is a desirable asset.

• Familiarity with Azure services, Azure Functions, App Services, API Management, Service Bus, and Key Vault is preferred or a nice-to-have.

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and containerized applications is a nice-to-have.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a nice-to-have.
