Staff Software Development Engineer

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development.

• Solid understanding of problem-solving, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and concurrency.

• Proficiency as a polyglot software engineer with expertise in multiple languages including: C++, C#, Java, Golang, Javascript, Typescript, Python, or similar.

• Proven experience in full-stack development for deploying and managing large-scale systems.

• Excellent SQL skills and familiarity with RDBMS such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.

• Extensive experience in the design, implementation, and operation of distributed systems at scale.

• Significant experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Strong communication skills, both clear and effective.

• Willingness to travel quarterly or as necessary.

• Knowledge of asynchronous and event-driven architectures.

• At least 6 months of experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools.

• Familiarity with technologies such as Kafka, REST APIs, Protobuf, gRPC, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

• Experience with Application and Performance Monitoring platforms like New Relic.

• Proven track record in establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience working with agile methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, along with specialized training or relevant professional certification.
