Staff Software Development Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead technical initiatives to address complex, enterprise-level challenges while ensuring maintainability, performance, and scalability.

• Create, develop, and sustain business-critical, enterprise-grade systems utilizing modern technologies and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of experience in software development.

• A solid foundation in problem-solving, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and concurrency.

• Experience as a polyglot software engineer proficient in multiple languages, including C++, C#, Java, Golang, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar.

• Proficient in full-stack development to deploy and maintain large-scale systems.

• Strong SQL capabilities and familiarity with relational database management systems like SQL Server or PostgreSQL.

• Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and operating distributed systems at scale.

• Strong familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Willingness to travel quarterly or as needed.

• Knowledge of asynchronous, event-driven architectures.

• At least 6 months of experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools.

• Experience with technologies such as Kafka, REST APIs, Protobuf, gRPC, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.

• Familiarity with application and performance monitoring platforms, such as New Relic.

• Experience in establishing and managing CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficient in agile methodologies.
