Staff Software Development Engineer

• Develop cutting-edge digital health platforms and translate use cases into tangible products.

• Generate proof of concepts to tackle customer challenges effectively.

• Architect and implement efficient, scalable solutions that fulfill business needs and uphold quality standards.

• Engage in solution design and architecture discussions alongside architects and senior engineers.

• Offer insights on technical feasibility, performance enhancement, and scalability.

• Take part in code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.

• Collaborate with team members, business leaders, and IT leaders to synchronize delivery and facilitate decision-making.

• Embrace best practices, emerging technologies, and tools to boost productivity, efficiency, and code quality.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and workshops.

• Implement complex features, refine existing functionalities, and deliver high-caliber code.

• Mentor and guide junior developers.

• Offer expert support for intricate issues and conduct root-cause analysis.

• Identify gaps in the digital ecosystem and devise solutions to enhance performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise solution delivery within a large-scale distributed software design setting.

• More than 5 years of Java development experience.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise cloud initiatives and solutions utilizing cloud computing technologies.

• A minimum of 5 years designing and building modern microservices and cost-effective APIs.

• At least 3 years of experience with CI/CD pipeline automation.

• More than 3 years working in an Agile development environment.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Agentic AI / Generative AI.

• Prior experience in the health and wellness domain is preferred.

• Practical full stack development experience with AngularJS, JavaScript, Oracle, and modern databases like NoSQL is preferred.

• In-depth understanding of Generative AI concepts and techniques, including NLP, text generation and summarization, conversational AI, and chatbots is preferred.

• Experience in developing user-facing features and/or applications is preferred.

• Capability to create and implement scalable roadmaps is preferred.

• Willingness to learn and work with emerging Cloud/IT technologies, methodologies, and solutions is preferred.

• Strong collaboration skills across organizational boundaries are preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
