Staff Product Manager, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy and execution for growth, initially concentrating on significantly enhancing the Start-to-Visit funnel.

• Evaluate the growth funnel to pinpoint constraints, identify drop-off points, and discover high-impact opportunities.

• Formulate hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, assess incremental impacts, and build upon insights gained.

• Leverage funnel analysis, segmentation, cohorts, and behavioral data to gain insights into performance and underlying causes.

• Maintain a balance between ongoing optimization and larger product initiatives that can facilitate substantial growth.

• Explore areas such as retention, LTV, organic acquisition, referrals, and other growth loops that can compound results.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, marketing, operations, and clinical teams to drive successful outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in developing consumer growth products.

• Proven history of significantly enhancing conversion, activation, retention, engagement, or LTV at scale.

• Outstanding analytical skills coupled with proficiency in funnels, experimentation, metrics, and behavioral data.

• Extensive knowledge of A/B testing, including hypothesis formulation, experiment design, measurement, and analysis.

• Strong systems thinking ability and a knack for identifying leverage points within intricate customer journeys.

• Exceptional rigor and meticulous attention to detail.

• Sound product judgment.

• Capability to work independently in uncertain situations and to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Experience in a top-tier consumer growth organization is highly preferred.
