This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Define and lead the product vision for programmatic, large-scale ingestion.
• Invest in solutions aimed at minimizing manual efforts, facilitating distinct distribution workflows, and expediting the time-to-launch across various content types.
• Manage products that enable unified direct media delivery through APIs, web portals, and standards-compliant feeds.
• Oversee spec-agnostic ingestion, partner onboarding, and permissioning products.
• Collaborate with domain product managers to streamline the transition from ingestion to launch.
• Establish automation as the standard path for launching products.
• Create an extensible catalog architecture that allows for the safe evolution of new content initiatives.
• Guarantee reliable fulfillment across critical business platforms and systems.
• Serve as the primary product liaison for deal partnership teams.
• Convert deal terms into a prioritized backlog focusing on foundational capabilities.
• Work alongside partner domains to enhance asset workflows and launches.
• Clearly communicate context to engineers, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Identify and explore new areas of opportunity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Design teams to build and scale platforms, services, and tools that support the content lifecycle.
• 10+ years of experience in product management for B2B or B2C products.
• Proven history of delivering complex technical or platform products, preferably within content supply chain, media processing, ingestion/distribution pipelines, workflow orchestration, developer/partner platforms, or large-scale operational systems.
• Strong systems thinking capability and technical expertise.
• Comfortable analyzing pipelines, APIs, data models, automation, and the trade-offs between speed, quality, cost, and risk.
• Ability to engage deeply with engineering teams; coding skills are not required.
• Proven ability to collaborate with operational teams and translate real-world operational challenges into product strategy and roadmap.
• Data-driven analysis and decision-making capabilities, with excellent judgment and prioritization skills in ambiguous, high-scale environments.
• Experience in developing automation or ML/AI-powered products that minimize manual efforts at scale is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated experience working with engineers, designers, data scientists, and business partners in a highly collaborative, matrixed organization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in the media, entertainment, or streaming industries is a considerable advantage.
• Remote candidates must reside on the U.S. West Coast.
