This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the roadmap for Account Opening acquisition and onboarding.
• Optimize the account-opening funnel to assist credit union partners in attracting high-quality, intent-driven traffic.
• Build a comprehensive understanding of Clutch’s approach to account opening and its product offerings.
• Engage with partners to gain insights into their product experiences.
• Observe product deployment and configuration by shadowing implementations.
• Analyze metrics related to application completion, funnel abandonment, and campaign attribution by partner and channel.
• Present prioritized gaps in conversion and attribution to leadership.
• Establish and advocate for roadmap priorities and trade-offs with senior leadership.
• Implement conversion enhancements and evaluate their performance.
• Initiate attribution instrumentation with initial partner collaborations.
• Assess options for build, buy, or partner solutions in the market for attribution and campaign tooling.
• Oversee planning, prioritization, and execution across four engineering squads alongside current Account Opening teams.
• Work in collaboration with product colleagues in the United States and Brazil, as well as engineering teams based in Brazil.
• Report directly to the Director of Account Opening.
• A minimum of 5 years in product management within a B2B or B2B2C setting.
• Demonstrated ownership of an acquisition, conversion, or growth outcome with quantifiable results.
• Proven experience in identifying funnel drop-offs and conducting experiments.
• Familiarity with marketing attribution and campaign measurement, including UTM, event pipelines, cost-per-acquisition calculations, and attribution vendors.
• Experience in delivering results through teams that are not directly controlled, setting priorities, managing trade-offs, and securing buy-in from squads and senior leadership.
• Ability to define metrics and outcomes from the ground up.
• Background in conducting build/buy/partner assessments and justifying recommendations.
• Strong communication skills to convey priorities, timelines, and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or credit unions is advantageous.
• Familiarity with using AI tools as an integral part of the product workflow.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
