AI Product Manager – Agentic Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the AI product line and its strategic direction, reporting directly to the CEO.

• Develop the AI roadmap, which includes AI Campaigns, Affiliate CRM with agents, MCP, and natural-language interfaces.

• Determine what features will be developed and which will not.

• Ensure AI quality through evaluations, output-quality metrics, guardrails, confidence signals, and human-in-the-loop processes where agents influence financial outcomes or partner relationships.

• Collaborate with engineering to make architectural decisions regarding model selection, retrieval methods, tool design, and instances where straightforward logic is preferred over complex models.

• Conduct weekly meetings with design partners and clients.

• Gain insights into the affiliate and iGaming sectors from customer interactions.

• Promote the adoption, retention, and revenue impact of AI functionalities.

• Develop the AI layer on top of Scaleo's core tracking platform, encompassing agents that monitor, make decisions, and act on behalf of customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS product management, having managed a product from inception to completion with demonstrated success in adoption or revenue generation.

• Experience delivering AI solutions to actual users, including LLM features or operational agents.

• Capability to articulate how AI quality was assessed, where guardrails were implemented, and identify areas of failure.

• Practical experience in building agents, utilizing tools, or working with MCP; candidates should present something developed within the past year.

• Proficiency in spoken English for customer communications.

• Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or adtech is highly desirable.

• Prior experience in iGaming, either on the operator or network side, is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with data and analytics products is a strong plus.
