Senior Product Manager – Agile Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision and strategy for designated platforms, domains, or customer journeys.

• Convert business objectives into outcome-driven product roadmaps that include specified success metrics.

• Assess trade-offs that balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business impact.

• Lead the complete product development process from discovery and prioritization to delivery and post-launch optimization.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog; create epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to provide high-impact solutions.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies, eliminate blockers, and unify teams around goals and outcomes.

• Monitor and evaluate product performance through both quantitative and qualitative data.

• Analyze user funnels, conduct experiments and A/B tests, and enhance conversion and engagement rates.

• Advocate for the customer's voice through research, feedback, analytics, and usability testing.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products.

• Ensure alignment among business, technology, and operations stakeholders regarding priorities, timelines, and expectations.

• Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers on requirements, implementation, and escalations.

• Convey product vision, roadmap, status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.

• Maintain product documentation and present data-driven insights and recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of product management experience, including responsibility for complex digital products.

• Demonstrated experience conducting A/B tests, experiments, or data-driven optimization initiatives.

• Familiarity with Digital Experience Platforms (e.g., PostHog, Optimizely, Google Analytics, FullStory, etc.).

• Experience working with designers to perform usability studies, user interviews, and feedback sessions.

• Background in real estate, marketplace, or transaction-based software is preferred.

• Strong preference for experience in prototyping, experimentation frameworks, and evidence-based decision-making.

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities, including presenting to leadership.

• Capacity to lead complex projects and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Extensive familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and tools.

• Proficiency with design and collaboration tools, with a preference for Figma.
