Staff Product Manager – Finance Systems, Business Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete product vision and roadmap for FP&A systems that facilitate budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting.

• Convert FP&A business requirements into product specifications, epics, and user stories.

• Work closely with the Finance team to prioritize requirements based on business value, financial implications, technical complexity, and regulatory considerations.

• Implement automation and AI/ML methodologies to enhance and streamline manual tasks.

• Spearhead modernization and transformation initiatives for Oracle EPM technology.

• Collaborate with LTG and Finance teams to create scalable, future-oriented FP&A architectures and models.

• Facilitate integrations between Oracle E1, Oracle EPM, data warehouses, and downstream reporting instruments.

• Aid in community- and division-level forecasting, land acquisition and development financial modeling, cost-to-complete, backlog, and margin analysis.

• Ensure that systems accommodate multi-entity structures, job cost accounting, revenue recognition, and WIP considerations.

• Partner with architects, developers, data engineers, and QA teams.

• Guarantee high-quality outcomes through agile execution, release planning, and backlog management.

• Weigh configuration against customization choices with a focus on long-term maintainability.

• Promote adoption through training, documentation, and change management strategies.

• Report on roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in large, decentralized, multi-division organizations.

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (such as Snowflake, Azure, OCI, etc.).

• Knowledge of agile / SAFe delivery frameworks.

• MBA, Finance, Accounting, or a related advanced degree.

• Oracle EPM or JD Edwards certifications.

• In-depth understanding of homebuilding financial models.

• Strong expertise in the FP&A domain.

• Practical experience in leading enterprise financial system transformations within complex, multi-entity settings.
