Finance Operations Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver timely, precise, and actionable financial insights pertaining to pipeline health, sales performance, projected revenue, and expenses incurred in relation to the business plan.

• Oversee planning and budgeting, engagement management, revenue forecasting, working capital management, and expense oversight.

• Examine performance trends and pinpoint opportunities for operational enhancement.

• Influence business leaders through data-informed recommendations, scenario modeling, and clear communication of trade-offs.

• Provide decision-ready insights that facilitate leadership decision-making.

• Recognize risks, trends, and opportunities while collaborating with leaders to implement corrective measures.

• Establish and nurture working relationships across Enterprise and Business Unit teams.

• Work in conjunction with Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Recruiting, Compensation, Resource Management, IT, and Legal.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including revenue recognition and timekeeping standards.

• Offer project management support to guarantee effective execution of operational initiatives and processes.

• Act as a strategic partner to Senior Management and report to the CVP of Operations for Huron Digital.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; a background in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or professional services.

• At least 5 years of financial or accounting experience.

• Proficient in Workday, PowerBI, and Excel.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Advanced analytical abilities to distill complex information into actionable recommendations.

• Capacity to manage and execute a portfolio of competing tasks and initiatives.

• Excellent time-management skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Robust process-improvement skills, including measurement and documentation.
