Staff Product Manager – Ecosystem

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Morpho's strategy for entering new credit markets, developing a framework to evaluate and prioritize each opportunity.

• Analyze new markets, including custodied Bitcoin, tokenized equities, undercollateralized credit, and credit card receivables.

• Establish and manage the process to identify institutional needs across various use cases and sectors.

• Collaborate with protocol, engineering, solutions, partnerships, marketing, and legal teams to determine where Morpho should build and where to partner, subsequently launching multiple zero-to-one loan categories.

• Design and execute proof of concepts with new types of counterparties, then scale successful models across different markets.

• Identify regulatory, compliance, and registration requirements and integrate them into the prioritization of opportunities.

• Familiarize yourself with the lending stack and Midnight's capabilities, engage with relevant teams, and identify current credit opportunities.

• Lead the creation of a proof of concept for a new loan market and assess the broader landscape for expansion.

• Conduct experiments across various categories and build internal consensus regarding the expansion strategy.

• Demonstrated success in launching products from zero to one in greenfield markets.

• Background in crypto, traditional finance, or fintech, with a solid understanding of credit market dynamics.

• Experience in delivering products that adhere to regulatory or compliance standards.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to provide clarity and facilitate decision-making in highly ambiguous situations.

• Quick synthesis skills, with the capacity to quickly learn about unfamiliar industries and markets.

• Team-oriented attitude with a low ego.
