This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Conduct discovery by mapping existing processes, quantifying challenges and financial impacts, and identifying measurable value from AI agents.
• Transform business challenges into actionable AI requirements and acceptance criteria alongside the AI Quality Engineer.
• Take ownership of outcome definitions for outcome-based contracts, including success metrics, sign-off processes, and handling missed thresholds.
• Oversee client-provided domain experts and address availability issues as they arise.
• Manage project scope and maintain a well-organized backlog.
• Facilitate weekly client demonstrations, gather feedback, reprioritize tasks, and guide the delivery pod.
• Ensure alignment among business, IT, security, procurement, and legal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the client’s change and adoption team to promote system utilization.
• Monitor and report on burn rates, risks, decisions, and benefits realization in relation to agreed outcomes.
• Highlight commercial risks such as scope creep, insufficient executive sponsorship, and unexpected integration challenges.
• Manage client relationships, scope, definition of completion, and delivery outcomes for embedded enterprise engagements.
• 3–8 years of experience in product ownership, delivery management, or client-facing consulting roles.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software shipping, rather than solely managing programs.
• Proven track record of delivering under fixed-price or outcome-based commercial terms, where maintaining scope discipline impacted financial outcomes.
• Proficient in agile delivery with a genuine weekly release cadence.
• Technical literacy sufficient to question an engineer's estimates and understand retrieval pipeline quality issues; coding skills are not mandatory.
• Solid understanding of the capabilities and limitations of LLM-based systems.
• Ability to confidently inform clients when their requests are not feasible.
• Executive presence for guiding steering committees that include client CIOs, COOs, and business unit leaders.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, healthcare, or similarly regulated industries.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Previous experience at a top-tier strategy consultancy, Big Four firm, or a specialized delivery boutique is an advantage.
• A background as a business analyst, engineer, or data professional is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI quality concepts is an asset.
• Experience managing engagements alongside a dedicated change management partner is beneficial.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a bonus.
• Initially employed by Bits In Glass, with an anticipated transition to a permanent role with Convene AI after approximately 12–18 months, subject to business needs and transition arrangements.
• Collaborate directly with senior operators who have spearheaded AI delivery at Fortune 500 companies.
• Significant influence over the evolution of ConveneAI's delivery model.
• Work in four-person pods that facilitate rapid decision-making and the ability to ship software within days.
