This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assume responsibility for the ongoing enhancement of the lead marketplace software utilized for automated customer acquisition.
• Ensure seamless development progress and that developers focus on the appropriate priorities.
• Design new features, collect requirements from business units and users, and convert them into actionable work packages like tickets and mockups.
• Evaluate new features for functionality and quality, assist in the release process, and oversee their deployment into production.
• Serve as a liaison between IT, business units, and external service providers.
• Regularly update stakeholders on development progress.
• Identify, design, and implement AI applications—from the initial concept to productive use.
• Familiarize and further develop Leadbase, including matching, the dialer, partner portal, dispatch, billing, and APIs.
• Manage the backlog and consistently prioritize tickets for the tech team.
• Independently execute smaller improvements, from gathering requirements and quality assurance to launch.
• Establish communication formats such as weekly status updates and release notes.
• Take charge of larger features or product initiatives from conception to rollout.
• Prioritize requirements based on their value and relevance.
• Identify opportunities for AI implementation and process enhancements.
• Contribute to shaping the product strategy for lead matching and related modules such as the dialer, multichannel functionality, and Partner API.
• Successfully launch strategic initiatives and at least one AI solution into production.
• Act as the primary contact point for product-related inquiries concerning Leadbase.
• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within an agile environment.
• Ideally, experience in a SaaS or technology firm.
• Strong technical acumen.
• Initial exposure to artificial intelligence or a solid interest in applying AI solutions pragmatically in a business context.
• Structured and proactive work methodology.
• Ability to convert complex requirements into clear tasks and priorities.
• Confident and articulate communication skills, including on technical subjects and with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for data-driven digital products.
• Motivation to actively drive initiatives forward and achieve sustainable improvements.
