Staff Product Manager – Care Application Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven Clinical and Care Tools within the Care App.

• Reimagine practitioner workflows by leveraging AI for contextual assistance, summarization, intelligent task orchestration, recommendations, documentation, and agent-assisted execution.

• Determine what processes to automate, enhance, delegate to an AI agent, or maintain as human-led based on user value, clinical risk, and operational constraints.

• Collaborate with clinicians, Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Data, Legal, Security, and Compliance to develop trustworthy, reusable capabilities across various service lines.

• Establish frameworks for evaluation, monitoring, human oversight, and launch of AI-enabled experiences, focusing on quality, safety, reliability, adoption, and workflow outcomes.

• Lead products from discovery through to launch and iteration, fostering alignment, promoting adoption, and enhancing outcomes through research, analytics, and real-world feedback.

• Identify opportunities where intelligent systems can alleviate friction, enhance decision quality, and assist teams in acting on the right information promptly.

• Create foundational elements that enable AI capabilities to scale across service lines while maintaining clinical judgment, appropriate human oversight, privacy, safety, and trust.

• Provide direction in a complex and ambiguous environment, making trade-offs between platform leverage and immediate delivery, transforming practitioner needs into a cohesive product strategy and roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, or equivalent experience leading complex product and platform initiatives.

• Proven experience in defining and delivering AI-enabled, automation, workflow, or platform products for clinicians, care teams, expert users, or operational teams.

• Strong ability to collaborate closely with technical teams on data, APIs, architecture, integrations, reliability, observability, permissions, security, and cost considerations.

• Background in clinical, care delivery, healthcare operations, or another high-stakes domain, with a comfort level in navigating privacy, compliance, auditability, and human oversight.

• Experience in developing reusable platform capabilities across multiple products, workflows, or service lines in a startup or scaling environment.

• Proven ability to lead through influence, communicate effectively, and transform ambiguity into strategic direction and tangible outcomes.
