Staff Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a strategic initiative that spans several projects from inception to implementation, including the accountable metrics associated with it.

• Develop and advocate for the initiative's strategy, instilling confidence in executives and justifying recommendations in high-pressure situations.

• Establish the product quality standard by engaging directly with customers, analyzing their journeys, and defining excellence.

• Create workflows where AI conducts analysis, prototyping, and synthesis while setting verification standards.

• Write SQL queries and perform analyses using Metabase and Amplitude.

• Rapidly prototype using tools like Claude, Devin, or Lovable when it is the quickest method to achieve results.

• Enhance organizational shipping practices through planning rituals, post-launch evaluations, prioritization cycles, and resolving systemic bottlenecks.

• Mentor other product managers, both formally and informally.

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams in a distributed, high-performing environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.

• Proven history of managing multi-project strategic initiatives from start to finish.

• Demonstrated ability to transform ambiguity into tangible outcomes.

• Skilled in building executive support and delivering difficult decisions, including to higher management.

• Experience in rapidly shipping products as part of small teams and directly contributing to the work.

• Strong data fluency, including the ability to extract, model, and rigorously test ideas.

• Daily and advanced use of AI in personal workflows, with an understanding of its limitations and potential pitfalls.

• Experience in mentoring other product managers, both formally and informally.

• Bonus: experience with conversational, LLM-driven, or agentic products.

• Bonus: experience in selling to large enterprises.
