Staff Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with the founder to develop and manage the product function across the consumer and schools (B2B) roadmaps in various countries.

• Take ownership of key metrics such as engagement, retention, and conversion.

• Work closely with engineering and design teams on a daily basis to define scope, prioritize tasks, and deliver results.

• Create the roadmap process and product-organization framework as the company transitions beyond founder-led prioritization.

• Lead product strategy and execution across multiple platforms at the same time.

• Clearly articulate product insights to founders, engineers, and stakeholders across both business segments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of product management experience, including staff-level responsibilities, ideally covering early-stage development to significant scaling.

• Proven history of managing products across multiple lines or platforms at once.

• Comfortable navigating between consumer and B2B environments.

• Strong quantitative skills, with data-driven decision-making capabilities and the ability to define and justify essential metrics.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design in a small, highly autonomous team.

• A strong product sense combined with commercial insight regarding consumer growth and B2B/school priorities.

• Capable of establishing processes and roadmap structures from the ground up in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Proficient in tools such as Linear, Figma, PostHog, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
