📋 Description

• Take charge of Fasset's money movement product surface, which encompasses on-ramps, off-ramps, pay-ins, payouts, payment infrastructure, and payment operations.

• Transform settlement, reconciliation, liquidity, and treasury flows from processes reliant on spreadsheets and tribal knowledge into a scalable infrastructure.

• Establish settlement cycles, reconciliation frequency, transaction processing, and exception handling operational models in collaboration with Finance and FinOps.

• Ensure alignment between rail and infrastructure decisions and the Own Network’s shared money movement and API layer.

• Implement AI-driven execution strategies in money movement operations.

• Navigate banking regulations, pricing, and constraints across emerging market corridors.

• Report directly to the Head of Product.

• Collaborate daily with core retail product and Own infrastructure teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in product management for Senior PM level or 7+ years for Lead PM level.

• Proven experience in launching payment rails in emerging markets or high-growth fintech sectors, including on-ramps, off-ramps, ACH, SWIFT, wire, or card acquiring.

• Experience managing relationships with multiple PSPs or banking partners simultaneously.

• Proficiency in owning settlement, reconciliation, and treasury processes, as well as customer-facing flows.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate corridor unit economics, deposit fees, FX spreads, and sending fees.

• Background in negotiating or directly managing relationships with partner banks or PSPs.

• Experience with stablecoin or crypto rails, multi-currency treasury management, or banking in emerging markets is a significant advantage.
