Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Accounting Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise accounting and finance systems, concentrating on automation of processes and ensuring data quality.

• Collaborate with teams from supply chain, finance, accounting, operations, IT, and e-commerce to establish requirements and prioritize features.

• Facilitate agile development, which includes sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.

• Collect feedback from stakeholders, validate product concepts, and refine features to enhance usability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

• Recognize opportunities for integration and optimization between supply chain/e-commerce systems and enterprise accounting/finance systems.

• Work alongside supply chain, operations, and e-commerce teams to streamline accounting and finance processes and workflows.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for enterprise accounting/finance systems, providing support to internal teams and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, demonstrating a successful history of delivering enterprise software solutions, ideally within the e-commerce or retail sectors.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and enterprise software systems.

• Basic knowledge of supply chain and e-commerce systems and their processes.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in an agile development environment, with expertise in agile methodologies and tools (such as Jira and Agile).

• Proven capability to lead and inspire teams, drive results, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere.

• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, SaaS platforms, and enterprise integrations is advantageous.

• Candidates must reside in the United States for the duration of their employment.

• Must be available to travel to the Los Angeles, California headquarters twice a year for company-wide summits.
