This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of a fundamental product domain from the initial discovery phase and requirements definition to delivery and ongoing iteration.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leaders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Involve engineering partners early and frequently in discussions with customers and in developing solutions.
• Engage thoroughly with customers and internal stakeholders to identify underlying issues.
• Convert uncertainty into clear and well-justified product direction.
• Eliminate obstacles, make informed trade-offs, and maintain progress in a dynamic, resource-limited environment.
• Balance contributions from engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Promote aligned and high-quality outcomes.
• Play a role in enhancing Clarium's product practices, processes, norms, and methodologies.
• Strong product intuition and adept problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience leading discovery processes and defining product requirements.
• Ability to impose structure on ambiguous problem areas.
• Proven track record of effective execution within complex environments.
• Capacity to eliminate roadblocks and make well-considered trade-offs.
• Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with engineering teams.
• Experience in a startup or rapidly growing environment.
• Background in healthcare technology, specifically regarding enterprise workflows and intricate system integrations.
• Understanding of facilitating change within large healthcare organizations.
• Practical experience integrating with Epic or other major enterprise healthcare systems (preferred).
• Experience in developing AI-driven products or working on agentic tooling (preferred).
• Background with a company that sells to leading health systems (preferred).
• Knowledge of enterprise product management principles.
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows.
• Understanding of cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of discovery processes and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with Epic integrations, AI/LLM product development, and agentic workflows (nice to know).
