Junior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for the Digital business unit, serving as the bridge between business and technology teams to ensure alignment and execution of digital strategies.

• Oversee the development roadmap and backlog for digital products (e-commerce and apps), focusing on optimization, alignment, and the attainment of set objectives.

• Collaborate with technology teams (Engineering, Architecture, Data, etc.), drafting specifications and assisting in the prioritization of digital products.

• Cultivate a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.

• Manage IT service contracts with partners and vendors, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations (SLA, uptime, etc.).

• Lead the quoting and RFP processes to select solutions and vendors for the digital business unit.

• Engage with business teams to identify their needs and recommend suitable digital system solutions.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and market trends within the digital landscape.

• Pursue innovative solutions to address the company's challenges.

• Track and evaluate digital product performance metrics and indicators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) applied to digital product development (e-commerce and apps).

• Familiarity with project and squad management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

• Capability to define, track, and report on performance metrics (KPIs).

• Experience in conducting user research and A/B testing.

• Fundamental knowledge of web/mobile technologies, APIs, and integrations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Ability to communicate clearly and objectively with technical teams and stakeholders.

• Empathy to understand user and business needs, focusing on delivering ongoing value.

• Adaptability to rapid changes, strong organizational abilities, and a solution-focused approach to conflict resolution.

• Specializations or certifications in Product Management or Agile frameworks are advantageous.

• Proven history of significant contributions in the digital sector, particularly in e-commerce or apps.
