Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the development of Pasito’s broker and carrier enrollment workbench, AI Extractions, and plan processing products.

• Guide products and features from initial concept through to launch and beyond.

• Define requirements, draft product specifications, and oversee execution until delivery.

• Guarantee product quality and usability prior to launch.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, quality assurance, and forward-deployed teams to prioritize, scope, and ship features.

• Manage roadmaps and ensure adherence to timelines.

• Identify trade-offs and maintain momentum in development.

• Engage with internal teams and clients to comprehend workflows, pain points, and opportunities.

• Convert real-world use cases into actionable product requirements.

• Ensure that products address significant user challenges.

• Collaborate with Marketing on product updates and launches.

• Produce release notes, product documentation, and internal updates.

• Provide training to forward-deployed, sales, and client teams on new features and workflows.

• Develop documentation and materials that facilitate easy understanding and use of products.

• Serve as the internal expert for designated product areas.

• Report directly to the VP of Product & Data.

• 2–5 years of experience in product management, engineering, or a related field.

• Experience collaborating across functions with engineering, design, or technical teams.

• Strong background in writing clear, structured documentation or product specifications.

• Experience managing projects or workflows from start to finish.

• Familiarity with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or complex workflows is advantageous.

• Interest in AI-driven products or data-intensive systems is a plus.

• Must be located in Argentina or Uruguay.
