Contract Sourcer – Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for top-of-funnel sourcing for Product Manager positions within Engine's consumer technology and B2B2C product sectors.

• Create and sustain high-quality passive candidate pipelines utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and various direct sourcing methods.

• Formulate targeted outreach strategies and messaging sequences to effectively engage with PM talent.

• Perform initial candidate evaluations to determine qualifications, interest, and availability, subsequently introducing suitable candidates to the Recruiting team.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to align on ideal candidate profiles and modify sourcing strategies as needed.

• Monitor pipeline activities and deliver regular reports on outreach efforts, response rates, and qualified candidates identified.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, particularly focused on Product Management roles.

• Proven track record of sourcing PM talent within consumer technology, B2B2C, or marketplace settings.

• Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.

• Strong written communication skills with the capability to create engaging, personalized messaging for candidates.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own sourcing workflow without extensive supervision.

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS is mandatory.

• Proficient with sourcing tools such as Gem, SeekOut, or hireEZ.

• Previous experience in startup and contract/embedded sourcing roles is preferred.
