AI Product Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product strategy and roadmap for a new enterprise AI product line.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop the product from initial discovery through to shipping and iterative improvements.

• Manage product marketing efforts, including positioning, messaging, and executing product launches.

• Recruit outstanding new team members as the product organization expands.

• Convert the needs of scientific users into actionable product decisions while directly engaging with customers.

• Provide direct reports to the CEO regarding product progress and user adoption.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 15 years of experience in product management.

• A biomedical background in biology, computational biology, genetics, or a related field is essential.

• Possess scientific knowledge equivalent to that of a working scientist.

• Ability to engage effectively with biomedical and genetic researchers.

• Proven experience in delivering products to a biomedical scientist audience is a strong requirement.

• Extensive knowledge of AI/ML product development and familiarity with the current LLM ecosystem.

• Demonstrated history of collaborating directly with engineering teams to build and launch products.

• Strong instincts in product marketing and the capability to position technical products for enterprise clients.

• Experience in genetics, biomedical research, or bioinformatics is a notable advantage.

• Eligibility to work in the UK.

• Must be able to pass a standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
