Staff Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and lead the roadmap for L1 Agents, remaining actively involved through the delivery process.

• Collaborate with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams on enablement, marketing, and launch initiatives.

• Conduct customer discovery sessions with design partners and enterprise users.

• Work closely with engineering to deliver AI-native product features.

• Partner with various product groups to ensure alignment across the platform.

• Enhance customer experience and trust in the AI agent by designing conversational flows, ensuring transparency in agent decisions, and establishing feedback mechanisms.

• Drive the roadmap forward and scale an agentic AI product for enterprise use.

• Help to expand self-service options and foster automated customer adoption and growth pathways.

• Engage directly with customers and take ownership within a startup-mode team at BigPanda.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager developing B2B SaaS products from conception to launch.

• Proven history of successfully delivering AI or ML products to production.

• Strong instincts in product-UX, focusing on customer-friendly experiences.

• Technical proficiency and comfort in collaborating with engineering on architecture and system design.

• Experience conducting customer discovery, interviews, and managing design partner programs.

• Background in working with GTM teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to refine positioning, enablement, and product adoption.

• Demonstrated ability to steer product strategy from problem identification to go-live.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Familiarity with observability and incident workflows, along with the operator experience related to them (preferred).

• Experience as a founder or in building products from the ground up (preferred).

• Must reside in the USA Eastern time zone.
