Principal Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the product vision for Quality Control from initial discovery through to release and ongoing post-launch evaluation.

• Take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, pricing, and market approach for the product sector.

• Understand how lenders assess closing documents and pinpoint workflow inefficiencies.

• Differentiate between shared customer needs and unique requests to inform product decisions.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science teams on requirements, trade-offs, and delivery timelines.

• Offer guidance to Implementation, Customer Success, and Sales teams regarding product decisions.

• Monitor post-launch performance and leverage customer feedback and usage analytics to refine the roadmap.

• Employ AI for routine research, synthesis, and documentation, ensuring accuracy before advancing decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing a B2B software product from discovery through to delivery and post-launch assessment.

• Strong product discernment, including the ability to distinguish between general customer needs and one-off requests.

• Demonstrated ability to make decisions with limited information, along with the capacity to articulate the evidence that influenced those decisions.

• Experience collaborating with Engineering and customer-facing teams such as Sales, Implementation, or Customer Success.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Integrate AI into your product processes, involving research synthesis, drafting, or routine analysis.

• Experience in the mortgage or title industry is preferred.
