Digital Product Manager – AI Knowledge & Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and implement a prioritized product roadmap that aligns with strategic goals, delivers customer value, and tracks measurable outcomes.

• Oversee cross-functional demands by clarifying objectives, assessing value, and ensuring transparent, outcome-driven prioritization.

• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to establish clear problem statements and success metrics.

• Utilize research, analytics, and raw data to uncover insights, validate assumptions, and guide roadmap and delivery decisions.

• Champion intuitive user experiences and engage in solution design from initial concept through to execution.

• Identify and incorporate AI, including GenAI and agentic technologies, while rapidly experimenting to responsibly scale ideas into production.

• Create innovative methods for imparting knowledge to AI agents.

• Partner with stakeholders to review existing knowledge sources.

• Work alongside engineering teams to verify how knowledge is integrated into the product.

• Collaborate with teams across engineering, UX, architecture, and business to ensure alignment and focus on outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on product management experience with a solid track record of execution.

• Familiarity with AI technologies (such as Google, Anthropic, Azure, or AWS); experience in scaling AI-powered products is a plus.

• Proficient in Agile product development methodologies.

• Ability to navigate and operate effectively in ambiguous situations.

• Background investigation is mandatory.

• Must have a dedicated, private workspace that is free from distractions while working remotely.

• An appropriate desk and seating arrangement is required for remote work.

• Reliable internet connection with at least 50 MB download and 5 MB upload speeds is necessary.
