Staff Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a developing subject matter expert and an independent contributor.

• Oversee and track the scope, timeline, and delivery requirements with minimal supervision.

• Represent product management during planning sessions and advocate for efficient solutions.

• Take the lead and proactively engage with stakeholders.

• Propel enhancements in product management processes and methodologies.

• Assist with programs, portfolios, and business unit initiatives.

• Guide team members and offer constructive feedback for professional growth and innovation in practice.

• Deliver presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Establish product vision and strategy while identifying opportunities for growth.

• Make informed decisions, adapt, and experiment to guide future actions.

• Aid in drafting proposals, developing solutions, and preparing presentations and briefings.

• Collaborate with Project and Program Managers to achieve the necessary scope and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree along with 9+ years of relevant experience.

• A portion of the required experience may be substituted for educational qualifications.

• At least 3 years of experience directing tasks for cross-functional teams.

• Capability to obtain and maintain CSPO, CPM, CSM, or other pertinent certifications.

• Excellent skills in influence, communication, consensus-building, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.

• Proficiency in defining product vision and strategy while recognizing growth opportunities.

• Ability to make informed decisions, adapt, and experiment to minimize uncertainty.

• Competence in simplifying complex issues for diverse audiences.

• Skill in assisting with proposal writing, developing solutions, and creating presentations and briefings.
